Then later he learned that they were auditioning for “Major Bowes Amateur Hour” show and begged the group to let him in on the act. Whom only let him join because he had a car and they used him as a chauffeur. Later his mother convinced him to join the group the “3 Flashes”. To improve his speech, he began taking elocution lessons for a dollar each from a vocal coach, which is where he was notice for his vocal range.
